Adelaide Retirement Services Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of Metcalf Group (SA). Formed in March 1996, the services offered by our Retirement Division span the retirement industry as a whole. We have extensive expertise in marketing, village management, consultancy, planning design, and project management.

Chergar Development Pty Ltd undertake refurbishment and reinstatement projects for several leading retirement living organizations.

Our flag ship development Grange View Estate which is situated in the sea side suburb of Grange was conceptionally designed and project managed throughout construction by our in-house team. This Estate consists of 60 Independent Living units and a substantial 500m club house.
