ECH Glenelg East - Major Refurbishment

Metcalf Group (SA)’s total de-fit of the interior of ECH Glenelg East’s existing unit focused on a major refurbishment of walls, windows, kitchen, and the bathroom. This unit was then opened up to create a more liveable space.

Re-construction of the new unit layout included flooring, joinery, electrical, plumbing, tiling external painting/rendering, landscaping, and paving.
