On our commercial side, we provide building and refurbishment works to several Government Departments, such as:
SA Housing Trust - building residential dwellings as part of their “Renewing our streets and suburbs stimulus program”
Chergar Developments also has many contracts with local Councils, Government entities - Spotless Facility Group and Department of Planning, Transport Infrastructure (DPTI) upgrading, refurbishing and or adding extensions to School and Kindergarten buildings, Police Stations and Government office buildings.
We have also provided the MFS with the same services, upgrading the local and rural fire and SES stations.
Recently Chergar Developments was tasked with the bathroom upgrade at the Hillcrest Primary School – the school was extremely happy with the finished product.
Chergar Developments completed another quality school bathroom upgrade, this time for the Lockleys North Primary School.
In addition to the Government contracts, we also have interstate clients we provide the same services to, in particular Mill Hill Capital, who in 2017 purchased the old Inverbrackie site at Woodside, with the intent to renovate the 83 existing dwellings on site and utilise them as rental properties. This refurbishment development is a multi-stage project and as their preferred builder; Chergar Developments completed the refurbishment of the first 41 dwellings in 2018 and the remaining properties to be refurbished this year.
Chergar Developments is well versed in shop fitouts and has reformed several retail spaces for the Zorich Group, with their Rivalry Urbanwear stores at Elizabeth and Colonnades shopping centres, National Pharmacies and their Ascot park and Glenelg branches.
