Over the past three years, Metcalf Group (SA) has been working closely with various Chinese and Malaysian Immigration Companies assisting their clients to obtain their 132 Visa.

Property Development was included in the Immigration guidelines for 132 Visa residents to be able to obtain their residential permanency.

Metcalf Group (SA) is currently working with a Malaysian couple, supporting them through the whole process involved with a property development project to obtain their Australian residency. This particular project has a very shortened timeframe, due to the time already lapsed for this type of Visa, however development has commenced for this client with a one into three development in the suburb of Warradale, South Australia. Demolition of the existing dwelling is already completed and we are on our way to complete this project prior to the December 2019 deadline.

In 2017 Metcalf Group (SA) commenced their first project for Austar Group, the largest Chinese Migration Company in, not only China, but also Australia. We were contracted to find a development project which met the guideline requirements, in dollar value and a completion date. This project was the construction of two x 2 story townhouses in Norwood, which were completed in November 2018 and are currently on the market for sale.

An upcoming project, which was recently purchased by a Chinese investor client as a fully approved, 2 x two story townhouse development in the leafy suburbs of Glen Osmond, East of Adelaide.This development has commenced with site excavation works and is due for completion in the later part of 2019.

    As mentioned earlier, we specialise in property development for local investors also. The current project for this local investor which is almost completed is in the South Western suburb of Warradale, this was a one into three development. At the rear are two single story dwellings on a Community Title and a two-story Torrens Title at the front. This project is the first of many for this client, who is more than happy with the end result.
